Meeting Online, Boots and a Sweet Coordinator...it's all in the details!

You meet someone online and instantly fall in “love”…all because of the boots they are wearing in their profile picture. That’s how it was when I met Sarah. I ‘met’ her through our mutual friend Mandy who told me all about her MAD talent as a Wedding & Event Coordinator. So of course I ~~stalked~~ found her on facebook and became instant “friends”. After browsing her photos I realized those boots I loved were the same ones I had…it was then I knew I had to meet her!

This past Sunday we met up for a quick coffee…2 hours…yep 2 hours flew by, and after much discussion of life, love and all that is our passion for work…I walked away with a real not just virtual friend. I was not only in love with her boots but her big brown eyes, killer laugh and an appreciation for our similar Type A personalities! I also left with much more insight and respect for what a Wedding Planner offers. The amount of time & energy she gives a bride & groom as well as peace of mind on the wedding day is priceless.

I don’t dare compete with David Letterman’s top ten so I’ll give you my top 7!

1. She is kind of like an angel…taking care of all the little details. Making sure the ‘day of’ your wedding is running seamlessly!!

Sarah Swanson owns EVENTful Moments and is amazing at what she does! Her down to earth and cheerful demeanor combined with her ‘let’s do this’ attitude makes her a go getter that you want on your side!

The more I am in this industry the more I have been blessed to meet wonderful, sincere & genuine people like Sarah. Of course not everyone is like her but that is what makes her that much more special…she goes above & beyond and BRIDES you want her – believe me!

Speaking of details…I want to feature one of Snohomish’s newest venues for many different types of events. Trail Side Weddings & Events + EVENTful Moments would be a winning combo…now all you would need is a photographer…hmmmm I think I may know one!
